Have to draw up on my own political experience. At the local county level and state convention level----we have always had multiple watchers representing candidates.

The reason being that what one might not see another would see or if one does not have enough chutzpah to challenge the other would. Plus the witness factor.

Florida law may call for only one witness per party----I don't know. Considering the importance of the counts I hold firm in saying at least two people for each party.
