You are on the wrong side of the law as the courts have consistently ruled that the counts should continue and, by implication, are justified. It is up to the individual candidates to request recounts, although Gore was more than generous last night when he offered Bush an olive branch of full recounts state wide. Bush refused this offer, opting instead to continue his strategy of stall and obfuscate. Tomorrow morning the clock runs out on Bush's strategy.
