The point isn't whether some machines somewhere have failure rates. The point is whether the machines used in Florida were in error.

No objective evidence exists which would lead anyone to that conclusion. Otherwise, they would have simply tested the machines. Even the Democrats don't really believe the machines failed. They just didn't like the outcome.

Even a Democrat, Norm Austradt, a committee member who helped draft the legislation in Palm Beach, agrees with the Secretary of States interpretation of the law.
