Dear Vince: Yes, that is an area really misstated. Palm Beach County has 17,000 REGISTERED Reform party members. His vote of 3K or so is not surprising to me. When people think of Palm Beach county they think of Beaches and cities, well we are the largest county in land area in the state and our county extends halfway across the state. Much redneck and farming areas are included with very conservative people. What I CANNOT UNDERSTAND is that when I went in to vote the ballot says VERY CLEARLY you MUST punch through COMPLETELY to have your vote counted. In fact there are many rules listed on the ballot and on the booth where you vote. YET, now that we are into handcounting DIVINE INTENT is now APPAENTLY acceptable. this is in direct violation of the POSTED RULES. How can that be? I really dont understand any of this. JDN
