shaw, I have been saying this since the cap-ex scare started. It was not brain surgery. all that anyone had to do was look at LU. Revenue and earnings estimates have been slashed and burned because it has relied so heavily on voice switch revenues. In the coming estimated, flat cap-ex spending year, new trends and needs will get the cash. SBC's Pronto is another example. Spending on Pronto, the metro project, is very high whereas spending in all other areas within SBC is to be flat at best. Now we will find out how honest any of these brokers are when and if this decline reverses. I expect that the brokerages are going to be touting the companies best positioned to take advantage of the continuing spending trend. Todo that, they will have to have accumulated shares along this rocky road down.
