I think so. Some people's dart always hit the genius spot. Maybe fortune will smile on us, too, someday. Though I don't think today will be it. Sarmad, Not today as you stated. I just buy and hold now although some of my holdings are more speculative than in my prior days meaning the early 90s. Good luck. (with the holiday season, I mean)! Thank you. I believe we are going to do well but through getting a larger share of a smaller pie. People are spending less so average ticket price is down a bit. I don't know if the cause is the higher interest rates, the lower market values, etc. No clue at all. Glenn
