Let us consider the Chinese Government. Specifically, their business history. Take QCOM for instance. When all the talk last summer of China accepting CDMA technology, they suddenly announced that might not be the case. QCOM tanked to around 50, 60 days passed, concessions were made, and just as suddenly, CDMA technology was their choice. This is their history. The same tactics are now happening with VRSN. Enough concessions have not yet occured. Wait another 60 days or so for VRSN to have China's business.
