Who's panicking? The BOA analyst simply said that NT was losing market share (along with Lucent) in their product mix. He forecast NT dropping to the low $20s.

He gave his reasons - as MariaB reported on TV. Ciena is one of the 3 companies mentioned as benefactors.

I don't attack analysts who provide justification for their views. What I do question is the merit of ambiguous comments like yours:

"I welcome the opportunity that will be presented by any further decline in the share price. What? The shares which I acquired in the Bay acquisition are up substantially. Don't panic. Why not? Hold onto your shares. You will be rewarded. Why?Just my opinion.
"

Why should one listen to your view that the shares are going up and shareholders will be rewarded?
