Dear Vince: yes, that is what is scary and even that is so partial. Here in Fla. it seems no two counties consider it the same, and even no two days in a row consider it the same. This is horrible. I think what we have learned from all of this we must have NATIONAL STANDARDS as to how our National votes are determined. These standards must be followed by everyone, everywhere all the time. I think the American People can accept whomever is elected as President if they feel he was fairly elected. The problem is when they feel someone cheated to get into office. We still have that Puritan ethic among us that just wont accept a cheater. JDN
