He just made it. He ruled the sec of state COULD refuse to include the recouted ballots. Or at least that is what the wife said. I quit watching the pony show the day after the election

IMO, the game is already over. You can feel it by the sentiment of the American people. So far they have been patient, but it's clear this won't be over any time soon in a court battle. As time wears on, the people will favor Bush because he has always had the lead and the recounts have kept him in the lead. The pressure is going to build for Gore to concede and he will within the next week, IMO.

Untouchable, it's not what you know but what you can prove. This is how the Dems have lived lately.

Gore seems insistent upon learning that in the court of public opinion this doesn't hold true.
