WEST PALM BEACH, Florida (CNN) -- Palm Beach County Judge Jorge Labarga began hearing arguments Friday on whether a revote in a presidential election is constitutional. Labarga asked attorneys to argue the issue before he hears arguments on whether the "butterfly ballot" is constitutional.

Labarga said he would not rule on the issue today but would issue a written order next week.

The thing you have to consider is she is following the law as written. She has made no diversions from that law. The Gore group are attempting to ignore or circumvent the law of Florida. The Gore group are not a group of nice people. They are bullies, pure and simple. She is/has been willing to stand up to their abuse. Hopefully, just verbal. She stood tall for right when she knew the mean response she could expect from the goreites. I will support her for her honor, honesty and determination to do right in the face of forces determined to attack or undermine the rule of law.

Technically speaking, the ability to take reasonable action in one's self-interest is an appropriate criteria to judge whether this Republic in which we live, a republic intended to protect individual rights first and foremost, is working properly.

This system which protects such individual freedoms, inherently brings benefit to all citizens, so long as it lasts.

Secretary Harris, no doubt, understands this full well, and her efforts are no doubt geared to preserve this Republic, hence each and every citizen. I don't believe this may fairly be characterized as mere self-interest, but rather as the expression of a heartfelt desire for ALL to have the same freedoms and equal protection as she may enjoy.

This concern for everyone's personal freedoms is the crux of why there is indeed great passion and concern for all citizens embodied within the "right wing" of this country.

When one believes Freedom is key to the wellbeing of the downtrodden, one certainly can become a passionate right-winger who truly seeks the most good for all.

Freedom Works,
