Regarding an expected appeal:

Democrats were expected to ask a Florida appeals court
to review Lewis' decision Friday. That court would likely
pass the case immediately to the state high court
without issuing its own ruling.

That would put the case back before the Florida
Supreme Court. That court, with six Democrats and one
independent, is the same one that ruled Thursday that
the hand counts could continue.

who knows...the rabble rousers that were sent down are certain to inflame the protesters further. the emphasis will now shift to a PR campaign...have TV over the weekend overshadow Shrubs victory celebrations with mobs in the street? wouldn't surprise me at all...
