I should have known better. Eventually a judge will decide. Once again the judicial branch runs roughshod over the executive branch of government, as they routinely do over the legislative branch. Our founding fathers are probably wondering about the monster they created when they thought that the judicial branch would only interpret ambiguities in the constitution and our laws, not make laws or direct the actions of legitimate leadership.
