No one I see, even Hannity on fox, seems to drive the point home concerning the undecided voter who dimples a chad then says to himself "nope, I can't do it, I didn't punch it out, it's not a vote. They said I had to punch it out completely, I didn't. I ain't votin' for him."

If they change the chad counting rules, and that guy were aware of the old ones(not that he would be), then his rights were violated when they changed the rules.

Republicans might think of hiring a telemarketing firm to find undecided voters who feel they dimpled chads but didn't intend to vote.

"Hi, we'd like to ask if you think you might have dimpled a chad without intending to vote. Your Palm Beach election board has decided to count such pregnant chads as votes, and if you feel you might have dimpled a chad for a presidential choice without intending to vote, we hope you'll support action to recover your right not to vote."

Something like that.
