Hi Carl - if the Supreme Court is to reverse the ruling, the dems have to present a better argument. I certainly hope the recount to continue [my preference of recounting all 67 counties still stands!] If the would-be GOP WH is weakened, Congress may be in a better position to play nice. One way for the former to repair itself would be not to bring Sec Baker in house, but I fear the would-be President would feel obligate to reward him. If Sec Harris's decision stands, VP Gore is likely to be the loser, but I fear Sen McCain's 2004 aspiration will also take a wrong turn best, Bosco
