JDN,

I don't think the market really cares.. I think the market wants resolution... either way. Court actions and threats of prolonging this noise cause more uncertaintly and do weigh to some degree on the market. That's pretty clear from the way the market moves in relation to news coming from FL.

I am FIRMLY CONVINCED the market prefers Bush over Gore.

Yeah, there's short term fluctuations based off of who speculators think will win, but the market is going to go down no matter what.
