You misunderstood what he was saying. He was alluding to the dem attny general (Butterworth), who challenged Harris's decision on the hand job.

ya, but it killed him to make that call. remember his first wack
at the LAW, he split the baby and sided with both the bush
and gore camps. the DEMS did everything they could in the
press and in the courts to make believe that "SHALL" was just a typo in the LAW.
