I use TA to see how investor psychology is after the fact and try to extrapolate that forward. I have always said that. The market is ruled my investor perception, both psychology and perception are interrelated. It's like this. How will all those buyers or sellers react once a stock reaches a certain level, or how the market is or has been moving? All of the above can be shot right out the window with one little new release, so it's dangerous to use TA as the end all to be all. So I do not buy the notion that all news is already in the chart.

I agree.
Exactly why our bet is off and I will bail out of my rmbs options on a good day (probably keep the leaps for another month) if this next two weeks shows we are still in a bear.
I'd rather preserve capital, rapidly shrinking.
