Dear Nichols: It is expected the Fla Supreme Court will hear this by this afternoon. Whether or not they can get a verdict out by Saturday noon I do not know. Gore has DESTROYED himself politically over this IMHO and probably will play out the last gasps in a desperate attempt to pull victory from defeat as he now has nothing left to lose. However, if I were Lieberman I think I would concede myself and tell the public this animal is on his own, I am going to the Senate where I belong. JDN
