Well my latest conspiracy theory is that "they" know that Bush will be president by Monday and "they" are taking advantage of the lack of liquidity to push things down and cover their shorts at great prices. And no one seems to want to step up, yet when and if this thing turns, they'll chase frantically.

Buy alert on gem VZ now at 51. It should hold 50 and eventually make it back to 75. A nice safe one which is very undervalued. Just look at the miniscule PE for the #1 wireless company in America. LU also at its bottom IMHO.
Sure wish I had a chunk of cash.
