Dear DMA: I dont know but I would think its some ways off. I was thinking more of a Political decision by him then a legal one. He appears to me to be an OK guy who was used and abused by the Gore campaign to pick up the Jewish vote. I dont see why he should feel he owes any loyalty to Gore to go down with the ship with him. He can act responsibly and for the good of the Country and at least get back HIS self esteem and good standing. JDN
