They seem to be pretty knowledgeable and should have a more accurate answer. >>Also who supplies the chips for CIEN?<< I have confirmed through a variety of methods that AMCC, VTSS, Conexant and MMCN (bought recently by AMCC) are chip suppliers to Ciena. Of course there may be others but I suspect they could be private companies who do not release as much information as public companies. Hope this helps.
