nick....i would doubt that the sc will reverse the lower court decision concerning application of the law. especially in light of the fact that it is not being routed through the appeallate court. it is apparent that the case law presented by the favored side had more weight. judges can only examine and determine based on presented case law.......and on appeal, difficult to enter into the action new facts or supporting law and if the sc does not reverse, then gore is not only sol for now, but forever in this matter.....guess he must get a real job?
