Gore and Boise got a blow from a Democratic judge. It is time for Gore to take high road.

Lewis, himself a Democrat, ruled that Florida's top election
official, Republican Secretary of State Katherine Harris (news

Wednesday not to include the results from manual recounts in
three heavily Democratic counties in the final state total.

Markets will not rally till Gore goes away. He will stop at NOTHING to win. He has sent dispatchers to see if electors can be bribed, threatened etc to change their votes. He will keep on challenging all decisions. His hunger for power is becoming dangerous. He really believes that this is a battle between good and evil and that he is good. I don't know how his shenanigans can be stopped. The legal system generally offers a boatload of chances to mischief makers and we are seeing this in action...
