I got stuck in traffic last night. It was raining. I had a mini-van in front of me. I wasn't pleased or upset about it, just using the moment to tune the radio and make a cell-call. Then the rear window wiper on the van in front came on. From my perspective, it reminded me of a dog wagging it's tail. Without pausing to give the matter any rational consideration, I jumped to the conclusion that the van was happy. Cheers, PW. P.S. The wiper was the kind that's attached at the top, making the action much more similar to a dog's tail than the kind that pivot from below. P.P.S.
