I think the deal is already through! Now it is up to the suckers who are long the stock to run it up so that the buyers in the private placement can reap the rewards. Row, longs row! We want the stock price higher than 116 to be profitable. We have a nice diluative gift of 45 mil shares to dump on your head. Heck it worked for the POS, AOL - why not for CMVT. Then again, so many of the AMZN paper buyers have years of supply of toiler paper, I heard! -g-
