Walter - Four different codecs? Could you provide a link please.

For the record no I don't think we are involved with this old and inferior technology. The player is also too expensive for what it offers.

If you look at the specs for the Nomad II, Cleo and Treo jukeboxes you will see one thing that perhaps shows the power of MicroOS.

Neither the Nomad nor the Cleo can fast forward or rewind within songs. The Treo is the only one that can do that.

The Treo is the only one of the three engineered by e.Digital and contains the MicroOS.

Also if you look at the weight and size of these players it shows once again what the e.Digital engineers can do.

Of course we don't want to forget about the price of these devices either. e.Digital's design is much cheaper than the other two.

Why would Samsung come to e.Digital for help? We all know the answer to that. Well most of us here anyway.
