VA Linux Systems announced FQ1:01 results of $56.1 million in revenue and an operating EPS loss of ($0.15). The larger sequential loss in operating EPS-FQ4:00 operating EPS was ($0.10)-was primarily due to increased operating expenses on expected greater revenue growth. We believe that the Company's strategy to diversify its customer base should broaden its revenue opportunity and provide more predictability of revenue going forward.
