Actually, Cabi was in the Q camp following the ERICY deal back in 99. He definitely took advantage of the negative issues surrounding QCOM this year in Korea and China. However, let's look at some issues that are not yet factored into analyst model.

1) conversion of iDen and TDMA carriers in the US and South America to 1X.

2) deployment of 10 million CDMA lines by Unicom in china next year.

3) deployment of CDMA WLL in India.

4) deployment of UMTS based networks in Europe.

5) horizontal integration of wireless applications into new markets as HDR becomes a competitive replacement to DSL dial up modem servies.

Balance all of these ongoing issues that continue to gain visibility vs. the only negtive issue that is surrounding QCOM - globalstar. On the whole, things look very good.
