He WILL concede if he loses the manual recounts and the absentee ballots.

Now they are also talking about FL sending two absentee ballots and some of those voters have sent both back in. What's wrong with those guys down there, and why are those voters sending both in? Are they as bright as those folks that punched # 4 instead of #5?

KG4: You are not wrong. Hore still has a face card(s) up his sleeve,will it trump on Dec 18. The historical drama surrounding his count of the electors on Dec 18 is awesome. When was the last time a sitting Veep tallied the electors in an election that his opponent won? Histrionics might ensue.
