Thanks. Found that Fox also has the text of the ruling -- very short, only a few paragraphs. I agree, Clinton, Gore, and their allies in the Democratic have the philosophy that winning is everything, and that legality, ethics, morality, integrity, etc. are mere impediments to be manipulated out of the way by sufficient spin. I expect them to find some way to get Gore into the White House, if only to keep a Republican Dept. of Justice from having access to the real records of the past 8 years. That prospect must be keeping a lot of the Dems up nights. (I suspect there may even be hidden facts about the Foster "suicide" in the files that would get somebody charged with obstruction of justice, if not worse.)
