Which is what all those court ruling so far is about. They just reemphasize what is so obvious to everyone. The only hope Democrate has is to prove that Harris has some personal interest involved if they want to overturn her ruling(legally she is the person to certify the result and has the authority to take whatever number she feels fit). It is unfortunate for Gore camp that they are fighting in a state kind of control by GOP.

Harris is going to ignore only the results from counties that missed the deadline and missed the deadline without a good reason. She included the manual counts from counties that submitted on time - Volusia county and I believe from small counties that don't have machines.
