do not mix well. Probably better then the tobacco industry in reputation but do not have anything to crow about. Spent DECADES "proving" that accidents could not happen except in one in a gazzillion years. After the fact, it is was found they made massive blunders in initial assumptions.

You have to be very careful with statistics to get any true sense out of them. Very rarely get a proper defined distribution to start with.

That how statistics got it's reputation...There are lies...

The very fact this guy sent out that report to the public (I wonder how many cross checked it) tells me he is probably full of it.
