If you ask me, Bush lost because he failed to address the common man and held on to his old cronie ideals too long. His campaign manager just plain blew it. Wasn't she Mary Matalin? Also Perot really cost him the election too by pulling about 18% if I recall... Clintons support didn't defect as much as Bushes, IMHO... The "gimmie" crowd is pretty steady...
