But Volt, maybe Gore doesn't HAVE any senses!

We activists in the Libertarian Party all got an e mail letter from Harry Browne yesterday thanking us for our money and volunteer time support. He chortled over the rest he was taking for the week and the nonsense that is going on between Gore and Bush . He's hoping that will make the citizenry realize voting for a third (or fourth) party is NOT a wasted vote and that, in fact, we need a stronger choice than we have with just Demopublicans.

Hi Voltaire:

On my screen, all the tech blue chips (so to speak) are up 1 to 5 %, CSCO, ORCL, INTC, MSFT, JDSU, EMC, AOL, SUNW.

All my stocks are red, eg SEBL, NTAP, ARBA, EXDS, EXTR.

Considering that all the big guys are up and yet the Nasdaq is down, then all the non-blue chips must be getting creamed.

Looks like a flight to quality, "I *have* to be in the market, but I want a sure thing". Been going on more or less all day. Psychologically positive I would say.
