The death penalty is given to criminals who have committed a capital crime and are sentenced to die. Each murderer usually has appeals and such that normally last about 10 to 12 years.

Tell you what. Let's have a trial for each and every child in the womb before you kill them. That way a jury of peers can decide to let them live or kill them. Then when all the appeals are exhausted, we can decide to kill them or not...

I do...and here is why: An unborn child is an innocent being and it's life should not be taken away by the choice of ANOTHER. A convicted killer has made his OWN choice to forsake his gift from God when he decided to take the life of another.

I am Pro Choice to LIFE...whether or not you want to forsake your OWN life is up to you.
