Exactly and having the court force something down her throat would be horrible to the complete system, state wide or nation wide. If it works, you can do the same to the decision of your president which means the court will be running the country not the current division of power, which is court, house and president.

If she accepts manual recounts, I think she is making an error (or a partisan decision) in certification, considering the weight of the issue.

Pure speculation, but another thing that would be interesting. The counties don't legally have to get their absentee votes in for a week. If a Democratic county, in a partisan decision, decided to delay the submission, she couldn't certify the election, the manual counts could be completed, and then there would be another decision. I don't expect that to happen, just a random thought.
