The main advantage of Netscape is that it's not Microsoft.

I mentioned to my younger son that I was thinking about reinstalling Internet Explorer and he made the sign of the cross with his fingers like you do to ward off vampires and said "No MS! No MS!"

He wants me to buy some AAPL.

Haven't used N'scape for a long time. What are its advantages over IE?

First and foremost: it's not a Microsoft product.
