It is because I revere the Constitution that I want to see Roe overturned. I've read it. Abortion's not in it. In my mind the above is totally divorced from the issue of abortion pro/con. The principle involved is not when does life begin, but who decides what is a crime. Under our Constitution - STILL - criminal matters are for the individual States to decide. The problem with PROLIFE is that he does not respect the Constitution of the United States. Perhaps he never read it.
