They're trading around 7 1/2 or so, the street has spoken, and not favorably for IDCC.

While IDCC is definitely not on our list of favorite stocks, they've lost about 25 percent in the last few days. There are
some folks that have lost some serious cash... more percentage-wise than many of us QCOM longs that bought in at
120+ (I didn't buy in that range, but I sure wish I had sold more...)

a nanosecond of silence.

Now... you have to look at where are the spammers now? Dalglish has been remarkably quiet, corp_gold has been
around, but nothing much of substance from him, MickeyBritt still doesn't know much about telecomm (but hey, I bet he
has slept in a Holiday Inn Express). They all pimped this stock, and I'm sure that they've done well, but many of the
LTB&H shareholders have been taken to the cleaners on this one.

I thought Gercenstein was on the right track, and this recent move by IDCC's BoD indicates that IDCC is reverting back
to the old ways... which means that many companies are probably sharpening up their legal knives in anticipation of more
legal filings by IDCC...

As far as a short opportunity, I think they've bottomed out. Considering the cash on hand is worth about 2 bucks a share,
puts their real price at about 5, I don't think it will go much further down. Last week it was a different story.
