Gore is about to make a "pre emptive strike" and say the state Supreme court has to be final arbitor of this election--

absentee are not going in his favor (of course)

They say it will end up there and feel good about that court, that issued interim ruling yeterday allowed recounts to continue, and they feel the certification tomorrow will trigger oppy to present full caes and win that
