I would not believe whoever analysts said on CNBC or the informal source as in your link. There always be more reliable sources.
At a month ago CMRC even didn't have its Q3 earnings out, whatever said at that time have little guidence for now since they blew out Q3 estimate later.

Not only CMRC. CMRC, JNPR, PMCS, QLGC, EMLX, SDLI, SCMR are the most overvalued stocks ever in history! Look at their PEs, even considering their potential growth for the next few years.

People are still indulged in mannerism and complacencies even after all these drops. I think their prices will go down %50 easily.

I might be wrong as usual, but that's I am betting on right now.
