Does that take into effect the new ruling from the supreme court?

Paul,

>>>> The weekly close is bearish, but the doji could be good for a pop on Monday. <<<<

My 3-DAY PATTERNs are statistically viable only after a CLASS 1 SIGNAL. This does not fall under that 3-DAY PATTERN.

However, I have noticed other 3-DAY patterns per my short-term technicals. Not as reliable as the 3-DAY PATTERN after a CLASS 1 signal. Today, the NDX/NAZ closed FLAT(DOJI), and the day before was a STRONG DOWN day. Since this DOJI after a strong down day gave a midrange reading on my short-term technicals, it is common that the next day(day-3) could be down similar to DAY 1(THUR).

Just something I noticed per my short-term technicals. Nothing too reliable and I wouldnt bet the farm on it, but OK enough to mention. I dont have statistics on this type of 3-DAY pattern, since I only started noticing it this year. Again, nothing overly exciting.
