Actually, JW, newsmax.com is a great source for conservative news. As far as the Washington Republicans being cowards, Rush discussed that this week. Rush did not call them cowards, of course. Why do we not see any congressional republicans making statements supporting the rule of law in Florida in support of Katherine Harris? Trent Lott has been a weak sister for years! I actually think they do not wish to step out until they know Gore is going to lose. THEN they will pile on. There are some strong ones like Fred Thompson who is one of the truly unselfish ones. He will take on Daley and the demos, but many others are fishlillies. As far as the story of NewsMax.com is concerned, see this article from the Palm Beach Post gopbi.com. I was pleased to see that former Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Tom Moorer is on the board.
