In fact it already has. One of the ladies that lived with us was impregnated by her brother. She delivered the child and gave the child up for adoption, and prayerfully the child is doing well. That child committed no crime. As I said earlier, if you want to kill them, at least give them the same option you would give to an axe murderer. Trial, re-trial, appeals, letters, calls, 10-12 years, possible reprieve, etc etc...then when the child is 10 or 12, you can carry out the sentence of death; if you dare.
