trying to make hand recounts illegal is rather difficult position to take, when they are legal and used in states across the country, including florida, where the GOP has already benefitted from partial hand recounts.

they have done an excellent job using the media
to demonize the process, and manipulate public opinion.
but I don't think the supreme court is going to buy it.
