Elmer: You simply restated the particulars of my post in what is called terms of art. Unfortunately the 11th District didn't see it that way. I believe that the Republican complaint might have been too narrow for indeed the Repub. voter is not being afforded the same protection under law. The Repubs. probably didn't want to raise that issue at present as it would appear that they were switching horses mid stream and were now pushing for a state-wide recount. The joke is that the Dems. are continually switching positions and no one calls them on it. JFD
