I don't understand how the status quo is being preserved if the ballot reclassification is continuing. It seems they only stopped Harris, not the county canvasing boards.

Evidence of voter fraud is grounds to have a manual recount, no? Of course, would Gore want to proceed if there is strong evidence of Democratic fraud.

I have not been able to verify but have heard they are gathering evidence in signed, sealed, envelopes and tucking them away?? They are not doing this for grins and giggles.
