The only concern was finding the shares to short it today. Some times luck is on your side :-)

heronwater, I couldn't find a single share to short, but in reality there're infinte # of equivalent shares to short anytime. I sold deep in the money Dec calls. Absolutely no difference than shorting the common. In fact, selling calls has slight advantage, you get a little time premium. And the beauty is when I close out the position I can avoid paying any time premium or options spread.
