Logic, logic, I don't see in your words.
If the press release are meaningless, what is the meaning in whoever said before the company's Q3 result? If you depend on charts, not the press, why you put out the unreliable remote information as your reasoning? What I was arguing is not whether CMRC overvalued but the erroneous information your argument based on.
If you want to talk if CMRC overvalued you need to see the real reason for the stock's decline is the weak market. Now almost every sector of the market has been downgraded by those analysts but no downgrade on B2B yet, not because they don't want but because they can't pick out anything wrong with b2b.
When market turn up, then watch out, every Q b2b run up from the end of the second month.

< No matter how hard I look, I cannot find any upside in the near term (1-2 years)to the stock at these prices.>

How hard have you been looking at? Got 400M sales figure for 2001 as a hard result?
Can you look not so hard at this?
